5 Steps To Spin
STEP 1: FUEL UP
You don’t want to ride on an empty tank, so we recommend that you hydrate with plenty of water and a light snack.
STEP 2: SIGN IN
Before your first ride, you need to register. If you are under 18, you need one signed by a parent in person.
STEP 3: GEAR UP
Please arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before your ride, so we can give you a tour of the studio and introduce to your WindermereSpin.
STEP 4: JUMP ON
Our instructors will help adjust your bike. Water-check! Towel-check! You’re ready to rock your ride!
STEP 5: GET MOVING
Follow your WindermereSpin’s lead and let the music carry you through the ride. We never judge and it’s OK to sit when you feel like doing so.
